Frank married Elaine Lois Sierra (b. 16 June 1944 San Francisco, CA, USA) on 7 July 1989 in Washington, DC, USA.

Vicente (“Vicky”) VIEIRA RIBEIRO (b. 18 April 1919, Hong Kong). Vicky is the son of Edith Maria Soares Ribeiro and Angelo Cecelio Vieira Ribeiro. Vicky married Leolinda Quintas. Leolinda was born in Macau on 13 Sept 1920. They have three children: Frank, Philip and Maureen.
